Ian Beswetherick
Managing Director
Ian completed a degree in Business and French studying in Leeds and Paris before embarking on a career in sales. After several years of direct selling experience, Ian joined Bounty in 1997 as an Account Executive. 3 years of working across the client base and key accounts led to the role of Client Services Director in 2000 and a place on the Executive Board in 2002.
Ian participated in the Management Buy Out from Havas in 2004 and held the position of Business Development Director responsible for the B2B sales teams, key accounts, NPD growth opportunities and retail, until the sale to Kaboose in November 2007. In January 2008 he was appointed Managing Director.

Carl Fisher
Commercial Director
Prior to joining Bounty, Carl gained broad business experience as a Chartered Accountant operating in areas such as business recovery, consultancy and audit. He joined Bounty in 1995, was appointed to the Executive Board in 1997, and was a member of the MBO team in 2004. He has held a number of financial and commercial roles, including more recently responsibility for the media and data businesses.
His current role as Commercial Director focuses on business growth, driving momentum behind the key areas of focus across all areas of the business, and also combines legal, contractual and risk management responsibility.

Zoë Tibell
Finance Director
Zoë qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1994 at the age of 22. She joined Bounty as Financial Controller from a large manufacturing group in 1997, having previously spent 8 years working for an accountancy practice. Zoë was promoted to Finance Director on the Executive Board in 1998, and directed the financial performance of the business under different ownership, including a time as European FD for Snyder Communications Inc.
Zoë was a member of the MBO team in 2004 and managed the sale to Kaboose in 2007. Her current responsibilities also include leadership of the Bounty Money business.
Andrew Thomas
E-Business Director
Andrew has over twenty years marketing and agency experience having joined BMP DDB in London in the late eighties, after completing five years as a captain in the British Army and spent most of his agency time working for McCann-Erickson in London and Manchester.
He set up McCann UK Network’s digital operation in 1999 and was responsible for helping brands migrate their marketing spend online and develop compelling digital propositions.
Andrew joined Bounty in 2005 to develop the on-line business and capitalise upon the leading online meeting point for mums in the UK. He was appointed to the Executive Board in 2006.
Stephen Taylor
Project Director
Stephen draws upon 25 years of senior level Human Resource Management experience across varying industry sectors. He is professionally qualified and has held a number of previous Directorships, with experience of start-ups, mergers and acquisitions. He joined Bounty in 2004 as HR Director and was appointed to the Executive Board in 2008.
His wide ranging role encompasses leadership of Bounty’s newborn and nursery photography businesses, field distribution teams, IT, facilities as well as HR.
